I'm Deniz; an organizational psychologist, a coach, and an HR professional. I am from Cyprus, and after living in Turkey, Canada and The Netherlands I moved to Berlin and dove right into the start-up world. With a MSc degree in Work & Organizational Psychology, I specialized in Organizational Development, with a focus on Leadership, Performance and Learning & Development. My experience is based on international, fast-paced start-up companies at rapid growth stages, and I continue to work as a Senior HR Business Partner at a technology start-up in Berlin.
